Karting and Conference facility
When you book a corporate session at Northampton Indoor Karting, the centre can be reserved for your exclusive use.

Whatever the preference, Team Endurance or Solo Grand Prix. Northampton Indoor Karting will take care of all your requirements, tailoring the event to your specific needs. Our Conference facilities and trackside catering are second to none, with event formats and pricing to match every requirement and budget.

Conference Facilities
From sales training sessions, new product launches, technical presentations or even company board meetings, there is no better venue to combine business with pleasure. Our Conference room can accommodate up to 40 – 60 guests. Audio visual facilities can be arranged to suit your requirements.

The Le Mans Suite
Accommodates up to 40 - 60 delegates depending on the layout required. Luxuries include internet connection, natural lighting, white board and telephone lines. Projector with VGA connection and audio facilities can be arranged and finally, the able layout can be changed to suit.

The Monaco Suite
Ideal for small meetings and in house training, this room can accommodates up to 12 delegates. It has natural lighting, white board, internet connection and telephone line. Projector with VGA connection and audio facilities can be arranged.

Both rooms can be arranged to your requirements, Teas and coffee can either be made available throughout or at set break times. A breakfast, buffet lunch or evening meal can also be arranged to your desired times.

Combined Conference, Karting & Hotel
Those wishing to travel from further afield and are looking to combine their conference meeting, with an enjoyable karting experience and accommodation over night. Then there is no need to look any further, we arrange all that for you.

Our increasingly popular combined offers have enabled us to reach out to more local companies to assist in providing the best venue for your guests and/or colleagues.

We can offer good combinations of conference with Buffet Lunch, Karting in the afternoon, followed by an enjoyable evening at the Park Inn Hotel at the Heart of Northampton and its Night life.

Conference Karting starts from £75.00 per person (inc VAT)
Includes 1 Conference room hire, 1 Buffet, Tea’s & Coffee and Karting package to suit number of delegates.

Karting & Hotel Packages start from £90 per person (inc VAT)
Minimum number of 12 delegates. Includes Karting package to suit number of delegates, evening meal at the hotel, guest passes to clubs, twin rooms at the hotel (£10 supplement for single room), breakfast and hotel parking.

Combined Karting, Conference and Hotel Package from £130 per person  (inc VAT)
Includes 1 conference room hire, Buffet Lunch, Tea’s and Coffee, Karting package to suit number of delegates, trackside evening meal, £15 per delegate behind the bar, guest passes to clubs, twin rooms at the hotel (£10 supplement per single room), breakfast and hotel parking.
